What is Apsraa's Return Policy?

Products are torn, broken or damaged or
Products are of a different size from that mentioned in the order or
Product color is completely different from that on the website

How to get more assistance for an order?
Write to us on email id with your order no. and problem.

When will I be refunded?
After placing the order customer can cancel the order within 2 hours if he/she wish to. And in case of customer request for Refund, it will be processed through NEFT within 10 working days. Products can be returned within 4 working days from the day of delivery.

Shipping
We usually ship the product within 2 working days after receiving the order.

How can I track the delivery of my order?
You must have received an order confirmation mail on your registered email ID. The email contains your order ID. Please click here and enter your order ID to know the current status of your order
